This spacious apartment is truly unique and can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Just a 2-minute drive from Atlantic Beach and 10 minutes from both Comporta Beach and the quaint village of Comporta, with all its charming shops and restaurants, as well as Troia’s Marina and stunning dune beaches.



It is certainly located uniquely, filled with many alternatives at your disposal. Whether it's exploring deserted beaches or the most coveted ones, going for walks or bike rides, spending evenings by the pool or at iconic beach clubs, playing golf or tennis, dining at the Tróia Marina restaurants or visiting the shops and cafes of the villages of Comporta and Carvalhal, everything is just a few minutes away, allowing our guests to enjoy a stay as relaxing or as vibrant as desired.

We're incredibly flexible, and our interaction with guests will be tailored to their desires or requests. Whether you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we're here to accommodate. We offer various additional services such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, and organizing sightseeing tours, among others.



Important:

Late check-in (after 20h - 30€; after 22:00h - 50€)

Earlier check-in (between 10:30 and 12h - 50€; between 12h and 15h - 30€)

Late check-out (after 12h – 30€; after 15h – 50€; after 17h – preço da noite em vigor)

Any necessary or requested intermediate cleaning for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.



For stays above 28 days, the law does not oblige to any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly clean using our service providers will be mandatory and it will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.



Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests.



If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for maintaining the good condition of the property and for any damage caused by the pets during the entire stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothes; urine or feces odors, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).
