For some serious high-end shopping and dining, Melrose Avenue is a short distance away, offering the chic attractions of the Design District, dominated by the huge green, red, and blue buildings of the Pacific Design Center. Here, you’ll find an offshoot of the Museum of Contemporary Art, as well as upmarket restaurants and stores to peruse. If you want to get away from the bright lights of Melrose Avenue, the Hollywood Hills beckon, with hiking and mountain biking trails galore. - This home has an open swimming pool without a fence accessible via the sliding doors in the kitchen and living room, however it does have a pool cover. This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator. This home is in a neighborhood that can have cellular service issues, and as a result, cell service can be spotty at times. One lovable dog lives in this home. While they won't be here for your stay, this home may not be suitable for people with allergies. There is no closet in the master bedroom, so we will provide a hanging rail for storage. There is a double bed in the third bedroom upstairs. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one. There is space to park two cars in the driveway of the home and street parking in front of the home. There is a separate guest house on this home's property detached from the main home. It includes its' own kitchenette, office room, two sitting rooms, two bathrooms and a pull-out double sized sofa bed. Please inquire with our Reservations team if you would like the bed prepared for your stay. There are external cameras that face the exterior areas of the home. There is an internal camera which will be turned off during your stay. This home is located next to a golf course and you may see a golf ball pass by on a very rare occasion.
