With three bedrooms including 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, this lovely newly updated property offers a comfortable stay for guests. Very spacious indoors and out doors! Enjoy the convenience of amenities like large screen TV for streaming, WiFi, washing machine, AC/heating, washer and dryer, handsoap, dishwash soap and soft linens and absorbent towels. Relax in the living room and be part of the conversation with whoever is in the kitchen or dining room with the open floor plan. Universal Studios is 5 miles away, Hollywood Bowl is 7 miles from the house and many shopping malls, museums, Hollywood attractions and theme parks are close by.

We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our home. We are here in the neighborhood and our property manager is close by. Our neighbors appreciate quiet, respectful guests. No parties or gatherings above 6 people at any time, which is the maximum the city of Los Angeles allows for our home. Two parking spots in the driveway in front of the gate (medium sized) and parking in front of the house except for trash pick up days.
