Living Area:
The open-plan living space is bathed in natural light from a large bay window. It features a comfortable sofa that easily converts into an extra bed, a 40" Smart TV for entertainment, and a collection of books for quiet evenings.

Kitchen and Dining:
Prepare your favourite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances. A dining table for four is perfect for enjoying your culinary creations.
Kitchen Amenities: Microwave, Stove, Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer, Tassimo Coffee Maker, Toaster, and Kettle.

Bedroom:
Rest peacefully in the serene bedroom, which offers a comfortable double-size bed with premium linens and pillows.

Bathroom:
The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fluffy towels, a hairdryer, and essential toiletries to ensure a carefree stay.

Dog Policy: We are happy to welcome your furry friend! Please note that only one dog, up to the size of a Labrador, is allowed. Larger dogs or other animals are not permitted and may result in additional fees or the termination of your stay. For your convenience, a dog bed, cage, and drinking bowl are provided.

We charge an additional £40 per stay with a dog, payable via the booking platform or directly.
Please note that only dogs up to the size of a Labrador are allowed.
