The property is located close to all the attractions, so you can easily walk to in max 15 minutes, but there is also trolley stop nearby. The tenement itself is very quiet, haven’t seen or hear anyone around. The property has a lift.
The agency employees all very nice and happy to answer all questions! Georgia, was fantastic and shared with me her favourite restaurant! I was able to check in earlier and check out later (for a small fee)

Have to start that they’re not a deal breakers, just a FYI if somebody looking for details.
The location is in the centre, so expect noise. The bedroom is located from the street side, so you can hear cars passing and people having dinner
AC was blowing hot air. It wasn’t hot during my stay so it wasn’t too bad, but check it when you’re staying during hot months.
The kitchen is well equipped, however there is no salt nor pepper; no washing machine powder (but you get dish washer tablets). I was given wrong coffee pots for the coffee machine.
I found very annoying that the shower curtain is too short and there is no shower mat. I stepped into puddle of water and had to use towel as mat. The floor takes ages to dry and is slippery.
When walking into the flat there are two very narrow, low steps. You can get used to them, but if you have any mobility issues take an extra care.
Overall I’m very happy with my stay and will use this letting agency again in the future.
