Rip'n Lips Lake Rental On Toledo Bend

Come and enjoy the lake!
I offer a clean and comfortable 2bed/2bath camp, located just south of the Six Mile bridge.
It is fully furnished with 2 queens and 1 twin The kitchen has
everything you need to cook your favorite meal and a washer and dryer is also provided for your use. Directv and wifi are standard.
As mentioned above, we are just south of the Six Mile bridge where there is a public boat launch, or you can launch at our neighborhood ramp. Either one you choose is just minutes away! Litterly like 2 minutes or less.
Camp has a 30x15covered front porch with a smoker/charcoal grill, and a fish cleaning station.
Outdoors electricity and water are provided for you to charge the battery or flush your boat.
Sleeps 5 max

We were in town for a Bassmaster tournament, and found the place to be perfect for what we needed. De and Albert were awesome hosts, and were very attentive to our needs...and even sent me a message warning me of a storm when they knew I was out on the water. Their property is perfect for anyone with a boat or kayaks, as there is parking for a truck and trailer, as well as outdoor power and water to keep the boat maintained. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!!

Great little place

We enjoyed our stay and we will return. It is great location for anyone wanting to fish. There is a nice pier in the neighborhood.

Quiet getaway

Everything was as listed. Had all the amenities, and host were very helpful. Also let us stay a little longer than check out time which helped us out tremendously. I would recommend. Only 1 minute from a very nice boat ramp.

True Gem in the Pines

Comfortable as well as everything you needfo4 an awesome stay!! Even snacks in the freezer! Water pressure was premuin with HOT water, loved it. Place is super clean. Plenty of space for our brood. Porch was great as a gathering place. Owners were super helpful when needed. He Offers fishing guide as well. Will definitely stay again!!!

Great getaway!

Fabulous location with easy access to Six Mile boat ramp, Sportsman’s Cafe, and a Family Dollar. Unit was clean, with comfy beds, bathrooms, and living room furniture. WiFi was solid too! Here’s all you need to know - a tornado had hit in the area and knocked out the power about an hour before we checked in, and they had already hooked up a generator for us so we didn’t miss a beat! Will definitely be back!

Clean and Convenient

This property was a two bedroom trailer with a covered front porch. We were there to fish. This property is located in the back of Six Mile Creek. It has excellent location to a very nice public ramp. (500 yds). The rooms were clean and the showers were functionally nice. The owners were very engaging and very helpful. They allowed us to check in early on our arrival day, which helped us to begin fishing sooner.I would very much recommend this property if fishing is your goal.

Weekend Fishing Trip

Location was great! Property was very well kept up, clean etc. the beds, mattresses could use replacing. The owner lives nearby and was very attentive to our needs. He did give us a suggestion of a wonderful place to eat fried catfish! Would stay here again in the future.

Perfect for bass fishing

We were staying while my son competed in a high school bass fishing tournament at Toledo Bend. The location is right next to a public boat ramp and the property had ample room for boat parking.

Fishing getaway

Nice place to stay for a fishing getaway. Conveniently located by 6 mile marina. Owners were extremely nice and very helpful on navigating the lake if you’ve never been and even let me check in early! The neighborhood boat ramp was great!
