THE ACCOMMODATION:
The three double bedrooms evoke a coastal ambiance with their neutral colours and beech laminate flooring. The Master Bedroom comprises of a Double Bed and an ensuite shower room and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are both Double Bedrooms. The second bedroom benefits from patio doors leading on to the rear garden. The open plan lounge/diner is spacious and includes a SMART TV - FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The kitchen area boasts an ELECTRIC OVEN - GAS HOB - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The main bathroom includes a bath with a shower facility and a toilet. There is a garden to the rear of the property offering a tranquil retreat, with an area of artificial grass and a patio area. This property has an allocated off road parking space in the driveway for one car.

THE LOCAL AREA:
Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. The beach is accessed from the Gordon zigzag path and further along the cliff top you can find a funicular Victorian cliff lift. There is also a playground for children, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the clifftop just a short walk away from the property. A few minutes walk from the property will also take you to the Spyglass and Kettle which is a great local pub. Bournemouth pier is approximately a 45 minute pleasant stroll from the apartment or Boscombe Pier is approximately a 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Southbourne Grove with its bustling hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops is only a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town.
