This breathtaking home has hardwood floors throughout with plenty of windows for natural lighting. It also has recess lighting throughout, the kitchen has premium granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, with cookware living features a sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress pad, a 65 in flat screen TV with a Bose surround sound system, this home has wireless internet through out. It is located 1.3 miles from the newly built Little Ceasar's arena. Absolutely no parties or big events, no more then 10-12 people at the home.Thank You!

Great place and close to downtown

We had a very nice stay. Lawrence has done a great job keeping his place nice, clean, and tidy. Short 5 minute Uber ride to Little Ceasers Arena. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great communication, lovely home

I was impressed with my stay from the moment I booked it. Lawrence communicated extremely well and made sure to check in with how everything was going. It was a perfect location to go to the Red Wings game. We would definitely stay again.

Great place and location!

Lawrence was a great host, the house was perfect. Everything was clean, the location was perfect for getting to the game we came down for. We will deffinatly stay again. We were able to meet lawrence and his brother in person before checking out, they gave us a tour of the new side of the conplex they are currently renovating. We cant wait to bring a bigger group and stay in the new side!

Great place in a great location

House was clean and well prepared for us. Excellent communication. Great location. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Detroit.

Very nice house, even nicer homeowner

The house was so nice and location was great. There was excellent food, and bars in Corktown which was a very short distance from the house. We went to the Lions game and it was a short Uber drive back and forth from the house. The owner, Lawrence, was very easy to work with and accommodating, as we had to get in a little earlier than his set check in time. I felt very comfortable texting and asking for any questions regarding directions, places to eat, or questions about the house itself. Will be staying again for Tigers, Lions, Red Wings and Pistons games!

Great property, convenient location, awesome host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lawrence's place. Lawrence was an awesome host, he was super helpful and answered all of our questions. This property is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood right off the highway and just across from Michigan Ave and all the destinations that Corktown has to offer! We will definitely stay again!

Great location in the D!

Excellent access to all downtown fun! Lawrence has done an amazing job updated and renovating this old gem of a house with his brother. Beautiful and very comfortable. He's a great host and we enjoyed our time on his property. We will definitely rent this unit again when we want a night out and to not have to drive from northern Macomb county.
