Fun little getaway with my husband

We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at Edgewater many many times and always love it there! We have stayed in this condo multiple times when it’s just the two of us. It’s a great condo for two and my husband loves that we don’t have to get on the elevator! Lol… we will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I spent a lovely week there. Everything was great the condo had Everything we needed I wished we had more time there. The condo was decorated so nice was very comfortable & cozy. We will definitely stay here again.

Panama City Beach stay

Property was as advertised. Furnished dated but comfortable. View was terrific. My wife is in a wheelchair and unable to access bathrooms with wheelchair. Wasn’t able to tell this from photos. Nice and quiet this time of year.

This could be a nice place with better upkeep!!

When we arrived the door had been kicked in!! I contacted the vrbo lister and was told “ it was not a safety issue. Maintenance came out but didn’t fix the door appropriately. The shower wouldn’t drain and there was mold all along the bottom! The shower had stains on the ceiling panels. The jetted tub kept blowing mold out even after they attempted to clean it. There was stuff on the fridge handles that I cleaned off. There was 2 light bulbs blown in the kitchen. Also the ac would never get below 70 EVEN with us leaving the curtains closed all day. All in all this room needs more attention before ANYONE PAYS TO STAY HERE!

Great getaway

We loved the convenience of the 1st floor. There were only 2 things we encountered … hairdryer in master bathroom does not work and the shower needs a deep cleaning. Other than that everything was perfect for our stay.

Great Vacation

We absolutely love this condo. So clean and spotless. The layout was perfect for our needs and I will def be renting this again. Also Edgewater has everything you could possibly want or need right there on site, from a great restaurant, walk up bar or even a corner market. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Location-1st Floor

We absolutely loved the location of this particular condo! Now, if you get cranky because people are in the hot tub located outside of your balcony, just go ahead and get a condo higher up! But I personally loved it and was able to keep a close eye on my teen, never used the elevator and love the closeness of everything! The back gate is right there and even during Spring Break, never had an issue with finding a parking space or a luggage cart! You will love the huge tub and separate shower and even the pullout bed was not terribly uncomfortable. The property provides sheets, plenty of blankets and pillows, plenty of kitchen necessities and there is even a box fan in the closet. I would definitely stay in this condo again-I even asked if it was available one more day! Five stars across the board!

Perfect for us

My husband and I stayed here in late March for 5 days - it's right on the beach, has pools, and hot tubs. The unit was clean with kitchen that met all of our needs, comfortable beds, good showers, pleasant surroundings. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Get Away Fun

Just the right size for husband and myself. For the age of the complex it was very nice. A real plus was the items stocked to get you threw the first night without going to the grocery store. A few things need to be fixed 1) jacuzzi inside had a broken handle, 2) dishwasher needs a wheel and 3) outside door smell of natural gas but I put out the fan to keep it blown away. Loved Loved the location.

We loved staying here. The room and view from the room were both beautiful. The room was clean well furnished. We loved being on the 1st floor because it was such easy access to and from the pool/beach and our room!
