The unit location was great! The unfortunate thing about Edgewater is the property has definitely aged. The property needs a fresh paint and the pool tiles are beginning to crack. The worst part is the fact they do not allow people to enjoy having their drink while in the pool. And the fact that we were yelled at when setting a soft water volleyball back and forth was ridiculous. Although, this has alway been the Edgewater drawback. I love the lagoon style pool and that is the draw for me but I have to say that this will probably be our last visit to this resort.

Best location and pools

Loved loved the location and the pools and how everything we needed was right there. An awesome stay!! A little scary about the mold on the ceiling but other than that would love to stay there again

This is our 3rd time to Edgewater and this place was just as great as the others we got. Can’t wait to go back!

Poor housekeeping and incorrect description of condo

Dirty dishes and sheets. Missing sheets and blankets for pullout bed. Glasses in cabinet partially full of liquid. Smelled of dirty mop. Sandy floors. Hair on pillows

One little suggestion

We had a great time …condo was great…just one suggestion ….a blanket for the pull out sofa would be nice to have. Other than that the place was great!

GC condo

Excellent stay, nice condo. Could have used a few more stocked amenities in the kitchen (coffee pot filters for example), but otherwise very nice! Super easy check in and check out. No issues. Beautiful stay. Perfect location for the GC Ironman! One elevator was out our whole stay which made elevator lines very long - so used the stairs a ton - doable for the 4th floor, but not ideal.

Great until the last day..........

Beware--Management Company changes room codes before check out time. Had to go thru resort security to get back in my room. Sofa is not comfortable and could use replacement, as could the bedroom mattress. Lighting is subpar with no overhead lighting in living room or bedroom. Unit is as described, and I love Edgewater. This is a reasonably priced, small one bedroom unit that would fit the needs of a couple or family with young children. Also TV is difficult to navigate for regular cable, but that's on us for not calling management company to ask. Room was clean and furnished with what we needed. Management company really needs to not lock their customers out at 8am on check out day.

Great location! Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay and the management company was great at responding and accommodating our requests! The condo had everything we needed. The Edgewater resort has multiple pools and hot tubs that we took advantage of. There was a slight musty smell in the condo unit that was most likely from the AC unit, but other than that, everything was great!

Perfect resort and location

Absolutely enjoyed the unit and the property! Will definitely be back in the future. Was down for PCB Jeep Jam and the location was perfect. Security is great and friendly. We were able to gather jeeps for a ride by for one of the security guards. His brother lives jeeps! Enjoyed the property and will definitely be back for future vacations.

Nice condo with easy check in and check out

The condo is located on the 4th floor close to the elevator. This made coming and going easy. Beach, pools, and hot tub were nice and the view from the balcony was fabulous. Nice chairs allowed us to sit and take it all in. Condo was well equipped - we didn’t have to buy anything extra.
