Minety Lake is the newest addition to Lower Mill and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas around the lake and wider estate that is undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery, and workers around the property between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. First Floor:

The master bedroom is on the first floor. Overlooking the tranquil lake, it offers guests a picturesque view to wake up to each morning. The stylish design, complete with bespoke en-suite and built-in wardrobes, adds an extra level of luxury and convenience. The addition of a private balcony with sun loungers is a wonderful touch, providing guests with the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Along the spacious landing there are two further individually designed king bedrooms, each boasting their own en-suites, ensuring convenience and allowing guests to enjoy their own private space during their stay.

Second Floor:

As you arrive on the second floor, there is yet another beautifully designed, spacious room with super-king sized bed, with magnificent views over the lake.

The extended decking is completed with both a dining table, perfect for al fresco dining and a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the private jetty provides a convenient and picturesque launch point for exploring the nature reserve from the water.

To the side of the extended decking, you have the added bonus of a wooden gazebo providing a sheltered seating area. This cosy retreat is enhanced with ambient lighting and entertainment options like table football and giant Connect Four, offering fun activities for both children and adults alike.
