The resort consists of three independent villas which together accommodate up to 25 guests, making it the perfect choice for large families, groups of friends, corporate retreats, intimate weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and private celebrations.



The villa does not permit external catering services or outside chefs. All catering must be arranged through the villa's approved staff.



Each villa enjoys its own private outdoor spaces, while guests can also take advantage of the beautiful shared facilities, including the large swimming pool, Mediterranean gardens, outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, wood-fired pizza oven and spacious covered dining area. The property also offers a large private parking area with space for several cars.



The location is ideal: the charming village of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi is only a 10-minute walk away. This elegant village is well known for its traditional restaurants, cafés, pastry shops, local food stores and Michelin-starred dining, while its strategic location between the Bay of Naples and the Bay of Salerno makes it the perfect base for exploring Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Pompeii, the Bay of Ieranto and the Punta Campanella Marine Reserve.



Outdoor Living: Swimming Pool, Mediterranean Gardens and Event Spaces



The extensive outdoor areas are undoubtedly the highlight of Resort Ravenna.



The estate is surrounded by beautifully maintained Mediterranean gardens featuring flowers, trees, panoramic terraces and numerous relaxing corners where guests can fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere throughout the day.



At the centre of the resort lies the large shared swimming pool (12.5 x 8 metres, maximum depth 1.5 metres), open from 1st April to 31st October, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, outdoor showers and spacious sunbathing areas.



Adjacent to the pool guests will find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, perfect for preparing lunches and dinners al fresco, together with a large covered dining area comfortably seating up to 30 guests, making it ideal for family meals, celebrations, birthdays, private parties and memorable evenings together.



The outdoor facilities are completed by a barbecue area, a traditional wood-fired pizza oven, a charming outdoor bar and several beautifully furnished relaxation areas where guests can unwind with a drink while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.



Privacy and Shared Facilities



Resort Ravenna has been carefully designed to offer the ideal combination of privacy and shared living.



Although the three villas are completely independent and each offers its own private outdoor areas, guests may gather together in the beautiful shared spaces throughout the resort.



The Villa, the largest residence, also features its own private above-ground swimming pool measuring 3 x 7 metres, 1.20 metres deep, open from 1st April to 31st October, together with a private hot tub for four guests located on the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and Mount Vesuvius.



Villa Dama features its own private outdoor hot tub and private garden, while also enjoying access to the resort's shared swimming pool.



Villa Cavaliere offers spacious private terraces together with access to all the shared resort facilities.



Important Information About the Shared Areas



Within the same estate there is also the owners' private residence. Inside this building there are two independent guest rooms that may occasionally be rented to other visitors.



For this reason, the shared swimming pool and common outdoor areas may occasionally be shared only with the guests staying in these two rooms, should they be occupied during your stay.



The owners never use the pool or shared outdoor areas while guests are staying at the resort. They fully respect guests' privacy while remaining available, together with the Amore Rentals team, should any assistance or event organisation be required.



In order to maintain the property's high standards, external caterers, chefs or event suppliers are not permitted. Should you wish to organise private dinners, celebrations, events or chef services, please contact the Amore Rentals Concierge Team, who will be delighted to arrange everything using the property's approved professional partners.

The Villa is the main residence of the resort. Measuring approximately 120 m², it comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests and offers bright contemporary interiors, an open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, furnished private patio, a second outdoor patio accessed directly from the bedrooms, private swimming pool, panoramic private hot tub, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, safe, alarm system and access to the shared fitness area.



The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils and washing machine.

Villa Dama is an elegant 100 m² villa accommodating up to 8 guests. It offers stylish interiors featuring a comfortable living room with fireplace, TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the private garden.



The villa enjoys its own private outdoor hot tub together with full access to the shared swimming pool, gardens, barbecue area, outdoor bar and all common resort facilities.



The kitchen includes refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave and small appliances.
