The property is located in a quiet enclave in the heart of Madrid, 500 meters from the Retiro Park and a short walk from the Prado Museum. It has a terrace of 8 m2 from which you can enjoy breath-taking views. As in all our NESTICs, in Lagunaria you will find a modern and functional design, where every detail has been carefully thought out for your enjoyment and relaxation. As always when you stay with us, utilities, two monthly cleanings and Wifi are included. At Lagunaria you will find original artwork by the artist Joan Hernández Pijuan. Barrio de Retiro

The greenest area of the city center, the Retiro neighborhood takes its name from the historic Retiro Park. Built in the 19th century, the park contains 125 hectares of trees, gardens, majestic fountains and historic buildings in the Romantic style, such as the fascinating Palacio de Cristal or Palacio de Velázquez, both of which are now exhibition halls. The park also hosts several cultural events, such as the Book Fair, the most important literary event in Spain. The Retiro district also has a very varied gastronomic offer, with renowned bars and restaurants where you can meet to enjoy fine wines with exquisitely prepared tapas. What makes this neighborhood attractive is that in addition to being located in one of the most privileged areas of the city, where the most important museums of Madrid are located, including the Prado, it has many areas for sports, both outdoors and in sports centers and gyms.
