Villa Rapale is located in the municipality of Bucine in Valdambra, surrounded by a large fenced garden with lawn, private parking for 8 cars, and an outdoor dining area with parasols, ideal for alfresco meals with friends.

Among the outdoor spaces there is a lovely private pool (17 x 7 m, depth 1.40 m), open from April to October, and provided with: hydromassage area, sunbeds, parasols, dining table, and external shower.

Near the pool you will find: a covered veranda equipped for outdoor breakfasts (with hob, stone sink, wood-burning oven and barbecue), a guest bathroom, and a small wellness area (20 m2) with sauna (at an extra cost).

Lastly, a charging station for electric cars is available to guests.

Internal Description

Villa Rapale is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 10 people, it has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi included. The property is provided with an underfloor air conditioning/heating system (at an extra cost). All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom, tv and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request. 1 baby bed and 2 high chairs are available on request.

Ground floor: On the ground floor you are welcomed by a large and bright open space living area, elegantly furnished with: armchairs, sofas, fireplace, tv, and antique furniture. Following is a dining room with a table for 12 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine.

The floor is completed by a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area consisting of 4 spacious double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom (three with shower and one with hot tub and shower).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating and air conditioning); use of the hot tub; Internet Wifi; weekly linen change; a baby bed.

Excluded from the price: Air conditioning (15.00€ per day); pool heating (400.00€ per week, to be booked 1 week before check-in); heating (from November to April - 15.00€ per day); use of the sauna (guests only pay for electricity consumption, the sauna is equipped with its own meter). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 600.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
