en suite. Patio doors open directly onto the veranda with patio
furniture and barbecue overlooking pool and sun terrace. Steps lead
down to the terrace and gardens and there is also private parking.
1 double bedroom with en suite, 1 twin bedroom with en suite, and
balcony overlooking private pool and hills beyond.
The ground floor is set just below pool level, with large windows
offering views to the terrace area and gardens. It comprises of a play
room with snooker table, gym equipment, washing machine, twin bedroom
and bathroom.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
comfortable sofas, DVD Player, TV and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
