Fantastic family holidayWe’ve just had the most wonderful family holiday and honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! The property was absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need for a family stay. It really felt like the owners had thought of everything to make families feel welcome and comfortable. One of the lovely touches was even being able to use a windsaver for the beach – such a simple thing, but it made such a difference and showed how family-oriented the property is.We had the best time, the children loved it, and we were genuinely sad to leave! 🥰If you’re looking for a lovely, clean, well-equipped and genuinely family-friendly place for a holiday, we would 100% recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

Thank you so much for such a lovely review! 🥰 We’re absolutely delighted to hear that you had such a wonderful family holiday and that the little touches, like the windsaver, helped make your stay even more enjoyable. It’s fantastic to hear that the children had such a great time too — and we’re sorry to hear you were sad to leave, although we’re very happy to hear you’re planning to come back! ❤️ It was a pleasure having you stay, and we’d love to welcome you and the family back to Barmouth again in the future. Thank you for choosing us! 😊

We’re proud to be local hosts in Barmouth, and we absolutely love sharing this special corner of the coast with visitors.

When we're not working, you’ll usually find us enjoying everything the area has to offer — long beach walks, exploring the mountains, discovering great local cafés, and making the most of the relaxed seaside lifestyle.

We enjoy being hosts because it gives us the chance to help guests create happy memories here, whether that’s a fun family holiday, a peaceful coastal escape, or an adventure-filled break. We take pride in making sure every stay feels welcoming, comfortable, and just a little bit special.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose Barmouth because it truly offers the best of both worlds — a classic seaside atmosphere paired with some of the most beautiful natural scenery in Wales.

The town has a wonderfully relaxed, friendly feel, with colourful houses climbing the hillside, independent shops and cafés, and a long stretch of golden sandy beach that seems to go on forever. One of the most special things about the area is how quickly the scenery changes — you can start the day with a peaceful walk along the shoreline and end it watching the sunset over the mountains of Eryri National Park.

What we enjoy most is the sense of space and natural beauty here. There’s always something to do — from coastal walks and scenic hikes to simply sitting with a coffee and listening to the waves. It’s the kind of place where people naturally slow down, breathe a little deeper, and really enjoy their time away.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes Glan Y Werydd House truly unique is its rare combination of space, location, and views together — something that’s surprisingly hard to find in Barmouth.

Unlike many seaside properties, the apartment is spread across three spacious floors, giving guests plenty of room to relax, socialise, and still enjoy their own privacy. With four generously sized bedrooms, it’s especially well suited to families and groups travelling together.

One of the standout features is the elevated living area, which offers beautiful views across the town and down towards the sea — perfect for watching the light change throughout the day or unwinding after a day at the beach.

Guests also love the little touches that make a stay feel extra comfortable, such as luxury eco-friendly toiletries, complimentary local teas and coffee on arrival, and thoughtful extras like our free luggage drop service that helps guests make the most of their time in town.

Overall, it’s the combination of central yet peaceful location, generous space, coastal views, and welcoming home-from-home details that makes Glan Y Werydd House stand out.
