Welcome to this summer idyll in beautiful Lyckorna in the summer town of Ljungskile!This lovely annex offers a unique setting with a fantastic location close to the sea, where you are within walking distance of saltwater swimming and cliffs. The area is peaceful and harmonious, and outside there is a beautiful walking path down to the sea. When you step into this annex, you are greeted by an inviting entrance hall. To the right is a lovely kitchen, fully equipped with a coffee maker, induction hob, oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a charming iron stove. The living room has a grand piece of furniture for watching TV and a dining table with plenty of room for everyone. On the same floor is a charmingly decorated bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, vanity with two sinks, and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) and a travel cot for small children.The second bedroom has a double bed (180 cm) with a glimpse of the sea through the window. The upstairs living room has two single beds (90 cm) and a cozy corner with a sofa and table. There is also Wi-Fi for your convenience. You share the yard with the homeowner but have access to the annex's part of the patio and a lovely arbor. Here you can barbecue dinner or enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning. It is possible to charge an electric car on site for a fee paid to the owner. See more information in the house. Within walking distance, there are several nice swimming spots, including Kungsparken with a diving tower, sandy beach, and pier. Stroll down to the popular Lyckorna Brygga with its restaurant and marina right by the water's edge. Here you have a beautiful view of the fjord. Don't miss Musselbaren for a taste experience of the west coast's delicacies. You can also take one of the archipelago boats that depart from the harbor or stroll along the beautiful beach promenade. Lyckorna is a gem on the west coast, founded by the Scotsman and landowner Robert MacFie in the late 19th century. Here you will find many beautiful turn-of-the-century villas that give the area its unique character. Close to shopping in Torps Köpcentrum with around 80 stores and good bus connections to the city of Gothenburg, about 60 km away.
