1929 villa with pool and spa by Lake Hällungen

This magnificent villa, built in 1929 and completely renovated with modern amenities, offers a unique blend of historic charm and luxurious comfort. With its own spa area, gym, and impressive garden, the house provides an extraordinary vacation experience.



The spacious house features a professionally equipped kitchen with three ovens and double dishwashers, perfect for cooking together. The living room has a grand piano and a library with hundreds of English books. Entertainment is provided by large-screen TVs on both the ground floor and in the living room.

The house has 2 x 140 sofa beds in the loft and is most suitable for children/teenagers, so we have limited the total number of guests to 10 adults. However, these sofa beds are available if there are more children.



The 15,000 square meter garden is an oasis with a pool, badminton court, and a large wooden deck. There is also a greenhouse with grapes, a kitchen garden, and several fruit trees. Under the roof, there is a barbecue area with seating for twelve people, and by the pond, there is a steering console for the children's entertainment.



The area around Lake Hällungen offers fantastic opportunities for outdoor activities. You can hike along marked trails, from short walks to day trips around the lake. With the house's rowboat, equipped with an electric motor, you can explore the lake and try your luck at fishing after purchasing a fishing license in Stenungsund.
