Had the best time at Myrtle Cottage.

Had the best time at Myrtle Cottage. The cottage was perfect for 9 of us and was set up so everyone had a relaxing stay, with plenty for the adults and children to be entertained. Charlotte was an amazing and thoughtful host. Nothing was too much trouble and had lots of advice on where to go and what to do in the surrounding area. Norfolk is beautiful and there were lots of sandy beaches only a few miles away. You can walk into the local village where there are lovey shops, pubs and supermarket..

Myrtle cottage is a beautiful property.

Myrtle cottage is a beautiful property. The spacious house is decorated and furnished to a high standard and is a truly comfortable place to unwind and relax. The games rooms was great for both kids and adults alike and there is plenty of room in the garden for outside games as well as lots of options to sit and lounge. The hot tub was very popular! The kitchen is well equipped with handy gadgets like an air-fryer and little touches like 2 dishwashers made cleaning up easy. The lounge had seating plentiful for 4 adults and 4 kids to relax in comfort for movie night. The master bedroom is incredible, but all bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were extremely helpful providing information about local area and being on hand to help when we had an issue with the gate. Lovely house within easy reach of the best of North Norfolk. We definitely hope to return one day.

From arrival to departure we cannot fault Myrtle cottage.

From arrival to departure we cannot fault Myrtle cottage. We were met by a warm welcome from Charlotte and the welcome treats for us (especially milk for a cuppa ) and our dog was a thoughtful & lovely touch.The cottage itself was amazing - the open plan layout downstairs ensured the 10 of us never felt on top of each other or in each others way. The kitchen was a chefs dream and 2 ovens & 2 dishwashers made entertaining easy. A visit from chef to Dine ( outside caterer) ensured birthdays celebrations were stress free. Charlotte & Chris were the perfect owners ( on hand vis whatapps to answer any questions we had) The recommendations ( Horsey for the seals, pubs & even the nearest Tesco helped plan the week) Games room was used daily especially when the day was wet & the hot tub and supply of towels also proved popular. A fantastic week and great way to see in the new year with family. We will be back , just a case of working out when !!
