Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Penati is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.



Just 100 metres from the beautiful Casablanca Beach and surrounded by celebrity hotspots and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, Casa Penati offers direct access to the Paseo Marítimo (beachfront promenade). From here, guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll, jog, skate, or cycle east towards Marbella’s charming Old Town, with its cobbled streets, traditional tapas bars, and boutique shops. Only a few hundred metres to the west lies the iconic Marbella Club, followed by the celebrated Puente Romano Resort, home to world-class bars and restaurants, including three with Michelin stars. Continue a little further, and you’ll reach the legendary Puerto Banús, famed for its superyachts, designer boutiques, and vibrant nightlife.



Everything you need is within easy reach, so a car is not required. Shops and excellent restaurants are a short walk away, there is a bus stop at the end of the street, and taxis are plentiful and inexpensive.

Casa Penati accommodates up to ten guests in absolute luxury. Each of the five beautifully appointed bedrooms is a serene retreat, featuring soft cotton linens, plush towels, and private en-suite bathrooms designed with elegant finishes and attention to detail.



At ground level, guests are welcomed into a spacious and inviting living area that flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen and out onto the terrace. The living room combines luxurious minimalism with comfort and warmth, enhanced by expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. The stylish terrace invites outdoor living, with both seating and dining areas, as well as a barbecue for relaxed al fresco meals.



The lower level is dedicated to leisure and relaxation, featuring a chic bar and a private cinema room with a large screen and surround sound system — perfect for family evenings or entertaining friends. For complete tranquillity, there is also a beautifully designed sauna, crafted from premium materials.



Upstairs, the rooftop terrace provides a true highlight. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Marbella, the mountains, and the sea. A private plunge pool offers a refreshing retreat — ideal for cooling off under the Andalusian sun or enjoying evening cocktails as the sun sets over the Mediterranean.



Guests benefit from fast, complimentary Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 100 Mbps and unlimited downloads, with additional access points on each floor. May 1 to June 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



June 16 to August 31: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.



September 1 to October 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



The pool is closed outside these dates and times.
