VILLA LIMONERO is a real oasis, where you will easily relax. The spectacular sea views hit you as soon as you enter this holiday home in Moraira and provide you with an instant holiday feeling. Sea views in every room of the house, a superb infinity pool where you can relax, and terraces everywhere, allowing you to choose between sunshine or shade.

Except for the song of the birds and the rustling of the palm trees, all is quiet. The outdoor kitchen with bar and so-called Spanish 'plancha' or grill is perfect for many balmy summer evenings. Charming Moraira with its many beautiful beaches and lively restaurants is nearby, but Casa Palmera is the kind of house where you just want to stay forever.

LAYOUT OF VILLA LIMONERO  

You arrive at the house through a charming gate, past the front garden and closed parking lot. Through the front door you enter the entrance hall with a separate guest toilet (this toilet also houses the washing machine and dryer).

• On the left-hand side of the entrance hall is a spacious suite. This is the master bedroom with private bathroom, including toilet, walk-in shower and sink. In addition to this bathroom, a sliding glass door provides access to a small sleeping area with two folding beds for children. From the master bedroom there is another sliding glass door, leading to the dressing room with the luxurious double bath. Bathing becomes extremely relaxing and romantic, with spectacular sea views and a starry sky that can be dimmed. This bedroom also has its own terrace with lounge set, where it is wonderful to wake up in the morning with a view of the sea and the sunrise. This full suite has air conditioning, shutters and blackout curtains.
• On the right-hand side of the entrance hall is the pleasant and very bright semi-open kitchen, fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all white goods. From the kitchen there is access to a side terrace with the summer kitchen.
• The living room has a dining table for 10 people. A side door leads to a lounge terrace. The view from the living space is spectacular, all the way from Moraira to Calpe and with the Mediterranean Sea as the perfect backdrop. Adjacent to the seating area in the living room, there is an open terrace , a lovely spot for breakfast at sunrise. The television offers several international channels and there is also a portable music box and a small holiday library at guests' disposal.
• Next to the kitchen, a staircase runs around the outside to the sleeping area downstairs . Here are three more beautiful suites, all of them with sea views and a comfortable private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The middle bedroom also has a luxurious freestanding bath. All bedrooms open onto the pool terrace and are equipped with a wardrobe, blackout curtains, shutters, individual air conditioning and comfortable beds with beautiful linen.

Outdoor living: Around VILLA LIMONERO there are several terraces for relaxing, either in the sun or the shade.

Terrace at the front of the house, near the living room:

• Open terrace with spectacular panoramic sea views, east facing.
• Large wooden table with bench and two seats.

‍ Terrace on the side of the house, near the kitchen and living room:

• Partly covered, with phenomenal sea views, south-east facing.
• Large wooden dining table for ten people with comfortable wicker chairs.
• Attractive outdoor kitchen, equipped with plancha and sink.
• Nice bar with five seats, adjacent to the outdoor kitchen.
• At the front of this terrace there is a lounge with sea views, west facing.

A staircase leads down to the pool area:

• Beautiful kidney-shaped infinity pool with great sea views.
• 8 wooden sun loungers with comfortable cushions and pool towels.
• The swimming pool has a built-in staircase.
• A sail provides shade in and around the pool.
• During the winter months the pool can be heated.
• The outdoor shower offers hot and cold water.
• Surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean oasis with palm trees, hibiscus and fragrant orange trees.

• We receive the identity details of all guests at least 1 week before arrival.

• By mutual agreement, we will plan a relaxed welcome moment after arrival. We are happy to show you around your holiday home and the surrounding area.
• During your holiday we stay available for questions and additional recommendations to turn your stay into a dream holiday.
