The villa is located in the outer part of Moraira, 980 m from the sea and is located next to the urbanization San Jaime, 5 minutes drive from the centre of Moraira. The plot is about 975 square meters. The house is furnished. On the ground floor is the living room (flat screen TV with a large selection of programs in German, English, French, Polish and Italian.
