Location

The apartment’s location is one of the finest on the island, with Mia Beach, Costa Corallina Beach and Pizzichina Beach all within a 15–20-minute walk from the apartment. Its location is particularly strategic and convenient position, is very close to all the main services and is 5 minutes away from the city centre, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The pretty centre of Porto San Paolo gravitates around the marina, which offers the visitor opportunities for a quick snack, an aperitif or shopping under the arcades of the marina.

Porto San Paolo’s beaches are famous for the turquoise colours of the sea and the view of the Island of Tavolara (guests can easily take boat tours from here to enjoy the coast and the famous island as the marina of Porto San Paolo is only 15 minutes on foot from here). The area offers equipment and services for a very pleasant and relaxing summer holiday, or active in the name of water sports. The coast is fully part of the Mesara Marine Protected Area.

For some glamour, the famous Porto Rotondo (with the stunning Spiaggia di Ira) and Porto Cervo, both are about a 35-50 minute drive from here. Additionally at Portisco, which is right in between Porto Rotondo and Cervo, guests can make a quick stop and marvel at the luxurious yachts and its picturesque harbour. The Costa Smeralda Airport (Olbia) is about a 20-minute drive from this holiday home. The closest bus stop (Porto San Paolo Viale Don Sturzo) is 4 minutes on foot and a car rental is just next door.
