Cosy, comfortable residence "Vista Village". 20 houses in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

Nett mit Ecken und Kanten

Unser Appartement in Vista Village war nett - Standard Italienisch. Mit Kleinkind würde ich nicht mehr dorthin gehen , da die Fußwege je nach Appartement doch sehr lange sein können, es überall Stufen gibt und der Pool nicht kindersicher ist . Es gibt kein WLAN außer am Pool und an der "Rezeption" (welche keine ist - das Büro ist außerhalb) , die Klimaanlage geht nicht kälter als 25° und es gibt keinen Backofen . Unsere Probleme wurden nur teilweise gelöst

een mooi en zeer goed onderhouden 'compact' vakantiedomein. Goed gelegen alles op wandelafstand en toch rustig. min-puntjes; klein terrasje, weinig keukengerei, zwembad mag een uurtje langer open blijven en beperkte wifi/4G.

Bereits zum 2. Mal gebucht

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und wir haben sie bereits zum 2. Mal gebucht. Dieses Mal habe ich bei der Sauberkeit ein paar Punkte abgezogen, da m. E. gründlicher gereinigt werden hätte sollen. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr nett. Die Möbel und auch die Küchengeräte könnten zum Teil auch einmal ausgetauscht werden. Zum Kochen und Essen ist soweit aber alles vorhanden.

Il residence ha un'ottima posizione ed è strutturato in modo molto accogliente e rilassante. Molto ben tenuto con una graziosa piscina e bellissime aiuole curate. Il bilocale è completo di tutto, molto spazioso, con una bellissima vista sul mare. Mi è mancato solo un punto ristoro per un caffè o uno spuntino, ma capisco che non fosse previsto essendo un residence

Beautifully kept residence

Everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment and the whole residence was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and the management were very friendly and helpful. The gardens are very well kept, the view over Isola Tavolara is breathtaking and the pool area is just beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, so you can really get a good night's sleep and unwind. Perfect place to relax, highly recommended.
