Had a great surprise 40th birthday weekend for my husband with our closest friends. House is very old and unique but cool. Only downfall was ants in a few places (not a big deal so didn't reach out about them) and the incredible amount of rules to follow. I understand why there are rules as the house is very old and people can be disrespectful, but the vast amount of rules made me nervous about everything and I ended up hounding our friends to make sure they were following every rule. Did take away from the weekend a little, but all in all it was still a great time.

We had a wonderful family weekend at this property! My siblings and our families brought our parents here for their 80th birthday. The house was a wonderful combination of the character of the old house with modern touches. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice dinner and gather. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. The grounds were beautiful with walking trails, a pond and beautiful outside seating areas. Can't say enough great things about our stay here. The host was extremely quick in her responses and communication was excellent! Definitely would recommend.

Memorable Stay in a Picturesque Property!

Vow renewal

We wanted a place where friends and family could stay before our vow renewal. The house was wonderful and the host was amazing! We didn't get to do much exploring outside due to rain, but we had plenty to do with the indoor pool. Looking forward to staying again!

Lovely, rambling old house

The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.

Christmas get away

I gave this weekend to my family as a Christmas gift. Each year we go away together as my gift to them. This home was a perfect spot for our group. Adults could enjoy games in the spacious kitchen while children enjoyed the theater or karaoke in the other end of the spacious house. The indoor pool was fabulous and many memories were made over the weekend. Highly recommend for your family adventures.

Family chill

Celebrating college graduation at UNH. Easy distance to commencement and packing but close to the ocean to enjoy down time and relaxing together. Kitchen easily feeds 10 people with 3 different seating options for meals and plenty of grazing room. Indoor pool is lovely and warm, sauna was hot and easy to use. 4 staircases and 6 bedrooms many with pullout couches in addition to the comfy beds. We had a great reunion. Would love to return.

Cozy Bachelorette

Very fun property, we had a cozy bachelorette and never left the house! Overall really awesome, it has its old house charm, but the indoor pool was definitely the highlight. A property worth staying at any time of year!

Really great weekend!

We had our annual friends weekend away & Chelsi’s house was the perfect setting for it all! So spacious, there was a room for everyone to do just what they wanted! Pool, hot tub & sauna was a fun added bonus! The theater room was great for the guys who wanted to hang there! Kitchen was really well stocked & had so much room for us all to gather. Beds were comfy & all the linens were cozy too! We had a great time & hope to come back! Thanks Chelsi!

Amazing Girls’ Weekend!

My sister and I hosted a girls’ weekend with 15 friends. Chelsi’s house was perfect to accommodate everyone! The house was beautiful, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us, and we had the best time! Chelsi was also super great/quick with communication when I had a question! We had an amazing weekend in NH!

Great property for a extended family weekend getaway

This was a perfect house for us to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. The indoor heated pool was amazing!! Chelsi was easy to communicate with, prompt to respond and was willing and able to accommodate our requests! I would def recommend this house for anyone looking for a weekend getaway in the winter and can only imagine how amazing it is during the summer!!

Outstanding location for a large family group

This historic but beautifully updated property features lovely wooded grounds, a pond full of water lilies, an indoor pool, entertainment room, ping pong table, outdoor grill and patio, a beautiful kitchen, and several rooms for gathering. It is a comfortable and enjoyable place for people of every age. Highly recommended!

Nice girls weekend away!

I had a great visit at Chelsi’s house, along with 8 of my girlfriends. The house was beautiful, very old, and so much fun to explore. The pool and jacuzzi were also great - and heated to perfection! Would definitely recommend to groups of friends or family looking for a relaxing and cozy “staycation”. This house has everything you need!

Beautiful home with character & great host

We had a fantastic “girls weekend.” This beautiful home has such incredible character and it is clear by the host’s clear expectations, direction and great communication that the property is well loved and seriously maintained. We explored the area a bit for activities, but we could have just as easily stayed in the home all weekend and enjoyed the pool, sauna, hot tub, and theater. I would highly recommend this property for a group getaway for those who would appreciate a home and setting with this historic charm. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Family weekend

Had a great weekend stay in North Hampton. The house was spacious and well appointed. The indoor pool was wonderful especially on a particularly rainy day. The bedrooms were especially spacious, and there was plenty of space throughout the house for everyone to spread out. The house is in a great location near shopping, restaurants, and mini-golf.

This home is a very special place that I am excited to share with families traveling together. It offers a large indoor, heated pool, a sauna, Jacuzzi tub, a home theater room that can also be used for a meeting if anyone rents for a corporate retreat. There is a full kitchen, wet bar, lots of comfortable places to sleep and we designed and renovated a beautiful spa bathroom for the master. There are 10 beautiful manicured acres for families to enjoy. We look forward to having you!

This beautiful property is located just 2 miles to the ocean and just minutes from downtown Portsmouth. The town of North Hampton has cute markets and shops to enjoy. There are tons of wonderful restaurants in the area as well. This home has a lot of history and will be fun for you to explore. Did you know Montgomery Ward used this home as his summer retreat?

It offers a large indoor, heated pool with radiant heated floors, a sauna, Jacuzzi tub, a home theater room that can also be used for a meeting / presentations if anyone rents for a corporate retreat. There is a full kitchen, wet bar, lots of comfortable places to sleep and we are designing a beautiful spa bathroom for the master.
