Rural House with Garden Near Borgholm

Rural house in Karås on Öland where you have beautiful surroundings and can enjoy the peace but still be close to Borgholm and Köpingsvik. You have a flourishing garden with patio and outdoor furniture. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of grazing cows, the forest and the meadows. Note that youth groups and parties are not allowed. It is not allowed to charge your electic car here, you are not allowed to smoke either. The house has a large living room with sofa furniture and TV. Here is also one of the many beds that the house has to offer. You have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with an extra freezer which can be good for hunting and fishing. There is also a pleasant dining area with a patio door to the patio. Long, shallow beaches where you can enjoy a refreshing swim can be found below Ekerum and Halltorp. You have 13 km to Borgholm, and if you have bicycles with you, it is even closer. In Borgholm you can stroll around and enjoy the atmosphere, eat at one of the many restaurants or enjoy a good coffee or ice cream. North of Borgholm is the extensive popular beach Köpingsvik. Don't miss Borgholm Castle Ruins, which is well worth a visit. There is a lot to explore on Öland, a lot of culture, sights, inns and farm shops. Also, don't miss eating the popular Ölandskroppkakan. The popular Kackelstugan, which in the summertime arranges a number of concerts with well-known artists, is 930m away.
