Seaside Apartment Close to Borgholm

Cozy house in Rälla where you are close to the forest and the sea. Here you also live perfectly with the proximity to Färjestaden and Borgholm. You can walk through the Rälla-Ekerums Nature Reserve down to the sea. Here you can enjoy nature and when the season allows, there are plenty of berries and mushrooms. There is also a nice outdoor gym. You have 3km down to Stora Rör's harbor and swimming area. There is also Mormors Stenugnsbageri and Kaffestuga which is nicely located by the sea. Their bistro is open in the summertime. The house has a nice terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy. You have an open living room with a sofa, a fold-out dining table and the nice kitchen area with hotplates, microwave and fridge and freezer. A staircase leads you up to the open cozy sleeping loft where you sleep in a comfortable double bed. The sofa downstairs is a sofa bed for two people. You have a fresh bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cabin. When using the sleeping loft, the accommodation is not suitable for small children or the disabled. Charging station for electric cars is available for an additional fee. There is also a charging station on the other side of the road at Rälla Sport & Fritid. The house is located in a nice, leafy courtyard with its own part of the garden. There is also a nice pergola with outdoor furniture that you are welcome to use. The long sandy beaches in Köpingsvik are 15 minutes away by car. It is 15 km to Borgholm where you can stroll around the shops and enjoy a variety of fine restaurants and ice cream parlors. Don't miss Borgholm Castle Ruins where you can really feel the wings of history. There are also plenty of good restaurants in Färjestaden. There is also Skansen Spa here if you want to enjoy a day at the spa. At Ekerums Golf Club (3.5 km) you will get both a nice golf and dining experience.
