Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota on the Ridge, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor (stair access only) with loft condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

This was perfect for our last minute weekend getaway. The neighborhood is easy to access and the condo itself was great. The beds were comfy, it was clean, there was plenty of room for two adults and three teenagers, and the views were amazing. Unfortunately we found out after booking that the indoor pool and the hot tub were under renovations, both of which the kids were looking forward to using. Thankfully there's plenty of other activities close by that we took advantage of. I have zero reservations about recommending this condo to anyone and I'd happily stay there again.

Great unit for our family of 4. We loved the location between Boone and Sugar Mtn and views from the porch were beautiful. Nicely decorated and everything was very comfortable and clean. We also signed the Guest Book, which is alway fun to see in a rental. Kids loved the loft area but it does get very warm if the fireplace is on. The indoor hot tub at the clubhouse was not available due to a maintenance issue, so if that’s important I would just verify all amenities before booking. Though they did offer to refund if we wanted. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

I can not say enough about this property. We stayed through Christmas and everything was perfect. Very Well stocked and all details to make a place feel like home. We will most definitely come again.

As Advertised - Great View/Very Clean

This condo was exactly as advertised. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors, awesome view, very clean and well appointed and conveniently located to tons of hiking. We explored Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock, hiked, ate out, etc, but we’re always grateful to return to this quiet, comfortable home. Thank you!!

Great place to stay with your family if you like Mountain View and being isolated- It takes a good 10 minutes to go up and down the mountain- plane your food shopping ahead of time- also no food delivery! The place itself very nice and welcoming- we loved it!

Great place to stay

Our family of 5 could not have been more comfortable. We went skiing on Sugar Mtn and it was just close enough. The condo was clean and the view was amazing. We will definitely see it this is available the next time we come to Ski in NC.

As expected

We enjoyed our stay. Condo as expected. Pictures of condo are accurate. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and clean. Toaster did not work properly but otherwise, condo well-appointed. Indoor pool and hot tub are about 10-15 minute drive into another gated community. Black something floating on the foam of the hot tub so we skipped any indoor water activity. We were a little frustrated with the check-in process. With COVID, the rental office has your keys outside but they will NOT put them out before 3pm! They even came to the door at 2:55pm to advise they would not be ready until 3pm for check in. A bit ridiculous. The rental company would be the reason we may choose to stay elsewhere in the future.
