Paid our money but property appeared to be a duplicate property so we’re told 48 hours before hand that the property was occupied. Still waiting for a refund

Hi, Jon,
Due to the VRBO system brake it did not synchronise properly the calendars and booked over already booked dates. We always advise clients to liase with us at the moment of booking to agree about meeting and keys handling. That was not done.
More of that we as property owners do not handle the payment side and its done by VRBO and we get paid after the client stay. So this matters should be addressed to VRBO.
