The villa features 3 bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a 2000m² garden with a spacious veranda, wood-fired oven, barbecue, and private parking. Master Bedroom (25m²): Furnished with a wardrobe, dresser, shoe rack, bedside tables, LED-lit mirror, a double bed, and a comfortable sofa bed. Two large windows provide a beautiful garden view.
Two Additional Bedrooms: Spacious and tastefully decorated, each equipped with a wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror, and dresser.
Modern Bathroom (6m²): Thoughtfully designed and features a spacious shower (140x80 cm) for a truly relaxing experience.

A 25m² fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. The large extendable table accommodates up to 10 guests—perfect for dinners together.
