Only about 150 meters from Denmark's best beach in Marielyst at the end of a closed road, lies this large, unique and modernized summer house with, among other things, a large outdoor spa, indoor spa, sauna, activity room, free wireless internet, outdoor tennis court, table tennis, basketball and garage. The property is divided into 3 sections and built according to the sun's path so that the sun can be enjoyed for as long as possible at the enclosed courtyard and bricked-up barbecue area. In the middle of the house is the gathering point of the home, the open kitchen/dining room with glass bay window, where from the cooking island there is a 180-degree view of the tennis court, play area and outdoor spa. The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, a microwave, 90 cm oven, dishwasher, hob with 5 heating zones, etc. There is another hallway containing an extra refrigerator and large freezer. There are 2 living rooms and a master bedroom with an attached bathroom. In each of the 2 side wings there are separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms with space for 16 people. The distribution of beds is as follows: The first room has a double bed, the second bedroom has three single beds, the third room has a double bed with a single bunk bed above and a single bed. The fourth room also has a double bed with a single bunk bed above and a single bed. The fifth and last room also has a double bed and a bunk bed for a single person above and a double bed with 120cm in width (best suited for two children). The house has many bathroom facilities and 4 toilets. There is underfloor heating in many of the toilets. In a separate section there is the wellness area with bars, tables, chairs, hot/cold water tubs, sauna and cold-water tipping bucket for the brave. Access to this is via the north wing and over the large wooden terrace where there are sun loungers with a view of the private tennis court. Washing machine, dryer and changing table are available in the south wing. 6 times TV/screen in the house with many channels. 2 pcs. baby beds and high chairs are also available. Activities in the house include billiards / pool, darts, rowing machine, exercise bike, ribs and X-box game console. In addition, a room with the possibility of pilates / yoga and exercises with elastic and ribs. The house also has a shelf with various entertainment activities - this is in the south hallway. Outdoors on the 2200 m2 scenic grounds there is a large tiled courtyard with several sun and cozy corners, garden furniture, awning and large barbecue. Cozy fire pit with barbecue for adults and children. For the little ones there are swings, sandbox, playhouse and play tower with slide from the Danish play equipment company Kompan. In addition, there is table tennis and trampoline (the trampoline is used at your own risk/insurance). The closed private tennis court can be used for many pleasant hours for both children and adults, where you can also play football. You can also play basketball. There is also free access to the Falster Swimming Center and Nordfalster Swimming Center for the number of people the house is for. And when the evening sun has set, you can enjoy each other's company in the house's soft leather sofas or maybe look at the stars from the outdoor spa while listening to the sound of the waves. All in all, a lovely location close to Marielyst center, the sea, shopping, restaurants and shopping opportunities. You won't find a better place to spend your vacation than this particular summer house with room for many people and many needs.
