This apartment is located in the parish of São Martinho, in Funchal. The property is on the 7th floor and comprises a living room with a sofa bed for two, a sitting area and a dining area, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Access to the balcony with mountain views is through the lounge. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a well-equipped kitchen with a laundry area.

Outside, in the communal area of the condominium, you'll find a children's playground and a shared swimming pool. Private parking is available with lift access to the flat floor. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the property. Please note there is work going on in the neighbourhood of this building.

AREA
This building is located in the Ajuda area, close to one of the island's most popular beaches, Praia Formosa, and one of the island's largest shopping centres, Fórum Madeira. This location is home to many of Madeira's hotels and is a busy tourist area. It is close to several essential services, such as pharmacies, a hospital, bars, pastry shops and restaurants. Within a 15-minute walk of the property you can find Praia Formosa, a promenade, a garden, the Lido beaches, the Doca do Cavacas natural swimming pools and the Ponta Gorda bathing complex. If you opt for a longer walk of around 45 minutes, you can walk to the centre of Funchal or to the neighbouring municipality of Câmara de Lobos.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners—it is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply to all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request these in advance. There is a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
