Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this spacious apartment on the 6th floor, located on the seafront with stunning sea views. The apartment features 2 bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and one with 2 bunk beds, perfect for families with children. The cozy and modern living room with open kitchen offers breathtaking sea views, ideal for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or a relaxed dinner with the sound of the waves in the background. There are 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and separate toilet, and a smaller bathroom with a shower and single sink. Both bedrooms open onto a spacious rear terrace overlooking the Hinterland, where you can enjoy hours of sunshine and relax in peace. This perfectly located seafront residence combines comfort, space, and an excellent location, making it the ideal base for a holiday by the sea. Wifi: yes - parking: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
