An elegant, refined, and spacious home (200 sqm) located on the 4th floor of a historic building with an elevator within the charming Prati district. The accommodation consists of:



- A Cultural Living Room: A space with cultural charm, surrounded by a splendid wooden bookcase featuring thematic inscriptions (Theologia, Liturgia, Ius, Historia). The dining table with eight seats invites you to a dinner with company. Opposite, the living area is the ideal space for relaxation.

- An Equipped Kitchen: Complete with everything necessary.

- Four Spacious Double Suites: Featuring comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens.

Bedroom N°1: Quadruple (one double bed plus a sofa bed).

Bedroom N°2: Double (French double bed).

Bedroom N°3: Triple (one French double bed plus one single bed).

Bedroom N°4: Double (double bed).

- Three Modern Bathrooms: With showers and an initial courtesy kit, these spaces are designed to combine aesthetics and comfort.

Quick stop in Rome

48 hours in Rome to see the sights. The home was very convenient walking distance to the Vatican, restaurants and historic district. Would stay again.

Apartment in Rome

Apartment was exactly as advertised. Super clean, lots of room, close to everything. Great for laege families. We were 5 and we had tons of space, washrooms, etc...Was a bit long to get responses from renter.

Nice Apartment

Very comfortable beds. Place is as advertised. A lot of street noise in 2 of the bedrooms. Apartment needs a microwave of toaster Oven to heat up croissants. Staff was very communicative and responsive to our requests during our stay

What a gorgeous apartment! Exactly as pictured, comfortable beds, and the library is fabulous. Hosts communicated clearly and sent videos for check-in. I don't think anyone mentioned, but if you take the express bus from the airport it stops right in front of your door (2nd stop I think) - super easy!
