About this space
Apartment recently renovated in 2025, located on the sixth and top
floor, very bright. It has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single), office,
bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen. The living-dining room and
the master bedroom overlook Avenida Paral·lel.
It has central air conditioning, shared Wi-Fi, 50 m² and capacity for 3
people. Centrally located and well connected. No smoking in any room of
the flat, including balconies.
The space
Discover this bright flat located on the sixth and top floor of the
building, recently renovated in 2025, ideal for a comfortable stay in
Barcelona. With 50 m² and capacity for up to 3 people, the flat offers
a quiet, modern and well-distributed atmosphere.
The flat has two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one single bedroom,
as well as a separate study, perfect for teleworking or studying. It
has a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen, designed
for short or medium stays.
Both the master bedroom and the living-dining room overlook Avenida
Paral·lel, providing plenty of natural light and a pleasant feeling of
spaciousness throughout the day. Being on the top floor, the flat is
particularly bright and airy.
The flat is equipped with central air conditioning for added comfort
and shared Wi-Fi to keep you connected. The building has an old lift,
characteristic of classic Barcelona buildings, which can be a little
noisy at times.
Thanks to its excellent location on Avenida Paral·lel, you will be
close to Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public transport, making
it an ideal base for discovering the city.
A modern, bright and well-located flat, perfect for enjoying Barcelona
in comfort and tranquillity.
Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will
take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional
noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will
remain available at all times.
At the moment the building next door is undertaking some works so
during the day you may heard some noise
Please note the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
-Baby crib:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.
-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day
and night.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.
- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking in the apartment is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment
will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at
least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Guests have access to all the apartment.
