- 2 large double bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning.
- 2 bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and the other en suite in the second room with shower/tub
- large kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals and with a table for 4 people.
The apartment is equipped with wifi, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, sheets and towels.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Jewish ghetto in Rome is among the oldest in the world; it was built 40 years after the one in Venice, which is the first ever. The neighborhood is roughly bordered by Via Arenula, Via dei Falegnami, Via de' Funari, Via della Tribuna di Campitelli, Via del Portico d'Ottavia and Lungotevere de' Cenci. This means that it is in the heart of the Historic Centre of Rome, close to all the major attractions of the City and a few steps from the nightlife districts of Trastevere and Campo dè Fiori.

Today, the numerous shops, coffee bar and restaurants make this neighborhood full of life! Here are the things we recommend:
- Experience Roman Jewish cuisine while enjoying the delights of the many restaurants, ovens, and coffee bar just meters from the apartment
- you can cross the Portico di Ottavia, a few meters to see the beautiful Fontana delle tartarughe or admire the Teatro Marcello and arrive in a few hundred meters in the majestic Piazza del Campidoglio.

Fantastic restaurants, taverns, beer halls and exclusive shops add to the comfort of this magnificent location.
A few steps from the apartment you will find Isola Tiberina, a unique example in an urban river that houses several restaurants and from which you can admire the flow of life on the Tiber!

!! ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS PERMITTED UNTIL 00:30 !! A supplement of € 50 will be applied for late entries from 10 pm to 00:30 am.
ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED AFTER 00.30 - YOU WILL THEN BE ASKED TO PROCEED WITH THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

INFO CHECK OUT: Excluding situations where late check out is granted, if the check out time at 10 am is not respected, a penalty of € 30 will be applied after the first 15 minutes and € 50 after a 25-minute delay in vacating the property.

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings exceeding the week, a weekly cleaning of €85 is required without changing linens, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

-The travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking

IMPORTANT: To complete the online check-in, you must attach your ID card or passport photo. The driving license is not valid.
Guests should submit documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.
Follow the instructions they will receive on the link sent by our staff.

*In the event that the Landlord is unable to vacate the apartment within the established day and time of the Checkout (10 AM), the Landlord, from now on, authorizes the Landlord to enter the house in his absence and to vacate the apartment from
all personal effects, objects or things owned by the Host. The Landlord also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days), in the best possible way, all the Landlord's assets and return them to him at his first request.

*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
For reasons of public order we have the responsibility TO DO THE VERIFICATION of guests and documents before the guest accesses the apartment.
