Elegant and spacious 160 square meters apartment located on the 4th floor of a 1600s building with lift. It consists of a large entrance hall, a living room with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, 4 comfortable bedrooms with king-size bed (70 in x 79 in) and 4 en suite bathrooms. The apartment has free WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning in every room, bed linen and towels, washer/dryer.

The apartment was renovated in 2021. All the rooms are very quiet, facing Via dei Vecchiarelli on one side and Via dei Coronari, one of the oldest pedestrian streets in the city, on the other.

This was a fantastic rental in the heart of Rome. I travelled over the Christmas holiday with my family (4 children) as well as my parents. It was great for a multigenerational trip and would also be great for couples traveling together. The apartment was centrally located, making it super easy to get around. We could walk right outside our doors to fantastic restaurants, taxi stand and very close to the Vatican. We would definitely stay here again. The facilities were clean and comfortable and the eat-in kitchen with laundry was a life saver!

This property was superb in location, cleanliness, and communication. A king size bed with separate baths in each room made this apartment perfect for travelling couples. Kitchen had everything needed for a great stay. Living room was great for down time with a glass of wine before dinner! Lots of restaurants all around and close by.

Perfect! Host meet us at the property and gave us a tour of the property. Apartment was more than expected. The location....walk outside and down a street filled with restuarants, bars, gelato and quaint shops. Flaminia answered any questions I had in immediately. Can we give a 10???

Great place to stay in Rome

Our family of four had a great stay for our first time in Rome. Easy walking distance to the Vatican and the apartment was excellent and very easy check-in with great communication. The host even coordinated private cars for travel to/from airport and train station.

Great location and good for a group

The accommodation was clean and convenient for our group of 5. The living area was outstanding to enjoy as a group. Asked for extra towels and received super fast. Had some issues understanding the washer, but eventually figured it out with a google search. En-suite shower drain had some challenges which they tried to improved, but it continued to drain slowly. Overall, a great stay with very minor issues and quick response. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Dreamy Roma Vacation

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our adult family of 6 (3 couples), with each having own bathroom/shower and the beds in 2 of the rooms say “queen” but I think closer to king size. We were in Rome for 10 nights over the Christmas holiday and there was wonderful space to spread out, have breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen before exploring, and there is a small lift to get you to the 4th floor. They even provided a small decorated Christmas tree for us. On the Via Dei Corinare, we walked nearly everywhere so it is a perfect location. Host and staff were extremely responsive, and they serviced the apartment twice with fresh sheets and towels which was so appreciated. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Just a fabulous experience!

Great apartment in a central location.

This apartment is as described. If you are visiting Rome and want to be able to walk to a lot of tourist sites, this is a great choice. While I would absolutely stay here again, I will mention the minor drawbacks we had. Construction noise begins early (as of Oct 2024), the road is torn up and and I don't know when it will complete. Also, this is in a neighborhood that is surrounded with bars and restaurants. The weekends were noisy on one side of the apartment until pretty late. But don't be deterred, unless that's a deal breaker for you. It was fine for us. Also find some restaurants ahead of time and don't just walk into places, there are a lot of tourist traps nearby and you will regret it. Overall, it was a great stay.

Perfect location

Check in was very easy someone was there when we arrived to let us in and go over details. The host booked us a ride from airport to apartment. Apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Much larger than I was expecting!! 3 large king size bedrooms with bathrooms to include hairdryers. Location was superb. Easy walking to all main locations we walked everywhere. Very nice restaurants just outside the building. Perfect stay in Rome!! I will return to this location.

A gem of an apartment!

This apartment is exceptional. We had 6 adults, all family. 3 spacious bedrooms with their own full bathrooms, beds were very comfortable. Mid week cleaning and sheet changing was a treat. Very secure with great location. Host very responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect location & amazing apartment

5 adults- we each had our own bedrooms & baths. Great location- markets, shops & restaurants right out side your door. Piazza Navona a short walk away. Host was very responsive & check in/out was easy! Host also arranged our early AM transport to FCO. Very clean & spacious rooms. I would stay again when I return to Rome. Grazie!!

Great location, great space

It was wonderful! The only problem we had was trying to figure out how to operate the washer/dryer. We never saw an all-in-one model and simply couldn’t make heads or tails of the user guide. Many thanks to our host for a perfect stay!
