A detached home just a short walk from the sea and the main boulevard in the famous Pettine area, located below the pine forest. The house is on a single level, with a large private garden and a private parking space. Both the public and equipped beaches are 150 meters away, and the picturesque waterfront (well-lit at night) features a bike path and a separate pedestrian walkway, perfect for walking or jogging.<br>Near the city on the Comacchio canals and close to Porto Garibaldi.<br>Separate entrance, large private furnished garden; the 6-sleeper home features 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a window, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed and an extendable glass table with 4 chairs.<br>Outside, we’ve created a relaxation area (with 2 armchairs and 1 small table) in the shade under the trees, as well as another area with a white extendable table and 4 chairs for dining outdoors.<br>There are retractable mosquito screens and automated roller shutters on all the windows in the house.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and utensils needed for cooking. <br>Included is use of the dishwasher, an ILLY coffee machine (with some free pods), and a dedicated water purification system for drinking tap water (so you don’t have to worry about buying water at the store).<br>Heat pump air conditioning (cooling in summer and heating in winter) with ductwork in all rooms. <br>There is a “Smart TV” in the living room connected to digital channels and satellite TV.<br>Free, unlimited Wi-Fi with a dedicated network.<br>A washing machine is available for free use in the outdoor storage room, which also contains a clothes drying rack, an ironing board, an iron, and a central vacuum cleaner.<br>There are 4 comfortable sleeping spots in two separate bedrooms (2 double beds), and 2 additional people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable (and very quick to unfold) double sofa bed.<br>Each bedroom has a spacious closet with sliding doors and a dresser.<br>The bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, wall-mounted fixtures, and a large, comfortable sink with a spacious vanity cabinet and a lighted mirror cabinet; a hair dryer is provided inside. <br>There is a RESERVED PARKING SPACE in the FENCED-IN and LOCKED garden.
