On the 2nd floor of the property, you will find our 2 charming and spacious 2 bedrooms duplex apartments: Le Saint-Jean and Le Saint-Charles. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 individual suites (bedroom + separate bathroom).

Carefully decorated and provided with a fully equipped kitchen (with washer-dryer), each apartment has plenty custom storage spaces and arrangements, ideal for your medium-term stays in Lille, whether with family, friends, or colleagues.

Our property Au Chat Qui Dort Lille - Gare is a fully renovated building, completed in 2024, with a special attention given to low-energy performance (best in class windows, full insulation, thermodynamic water heaters, etc.).

Five apartments residence: 2 studios, 1 one-bedroom apartment, and 2 two-bedroom apartments. Up to 15 people can stay here, for work and/or leisure in complete serenity.
