There are :
2 bedrooms with two bathrooms and water closet
1 sofa bed for two person
Fully equiped kitchen (Micro wave, fridge, washing machine, 4 cooking induction plates, Nespresso, ketle, toaster)
The two bedrooms have beds 160X200 cm (standing bed). The bathrooms have shower, sink, towels dryer

The apartment is in a district close to the downtown. The parking is free in the street of the apartment and in all the disctict.

The apartment is close to :
- 1 min from the metro station Caulier (yellow line)
- 3 min from the ring
- 15 min by walk from Lille Grand Palais (9 min by metro)
- 15 min by walk from Euralille

You will find at 200m a bakery, at 300 m a minimarket (7d/7, 8am to 10 pm) and other shops in the district

Cet appartement mériterait un bon rafraîchissement ( humidité dans les salles de bain, table très abimée). Le ménage est succinct . L’accessibilité est difficile, les escaliers sont très abruptes. Le stationnement dans la rue est payant alors qu’il est noté dans l’annonce que celui-ci est gratuit ( compter 2,50/ heure ). Je déconseille cette adresse

Un week-end de bonheur

Excellent pied à terre pour visiter Lille et les villes avoisinantes. Le propriétaire est très aimable, serviable et à l'écoute.

Décevant !

Appartement très défraîchi, qui nécessiterait une remise en état ! - meubles endommagés (armoire chambre cassée, table du séjour rayée partout), sets de table très sales, store bleu du salon cassé, etc. - peinture (dégâts des eaux visible dans la salle d'eau, humidité, traces diverses plafond et mur) Par ailleurs, il y avait des tâches douteuses sur le drap house du lit, et le ménage n'était que très superficiellement fait (on a dû déboucher la bonde de la salle d'eau qui était encrassée de moisissures, et de cheveux, l'eau ne s'écoulant plus !)
