Located in the heart of this park, you will find this lovely house with its beautiful garden and private parking in front of the door.

You will see that a lot of attention is paid to the garden by the owners and you can enjoy it even when the weather is less beautiful because it is also lovely to stay in the conservatory which you can experience closed or fine with the doors open.

The conservatory is equipped with a comfortable lounge set and there is also a swing set.

In the garden itself there are several seating areas or you can use one of the 2 sun loungers in the storage room of the house, where you will also find the washing machine, an iron, ironing board, drying rack and a high chair.

Of course you can also enjoy eating outside if you want at the garden table suitable for 4 people.

There is also a stone charcoal BBQ which you can use but you must bring your own charcoal and firelighters.

This garden stays looking fresh and well maintained as a robotic mower and sprinkler system are at work at night.

For the children, there is a trampoline which they will enjoy.

Inside the house you will find 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with air conditioning.

This room has a double bed and the other bedroom has two separate single beds.

The bathroom is modern and has a toilet , walk-in shower and sink and a hairdryer.

The living room is bright and equipped with a smart TV, a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa and 2 hockers. From the living room there is a sliding door to the conservatory, which also has a screen that you can stretch so that if the conservatory is open you can still keep the insects out of the living room. The conservatory is also equipped with blinds that can be operated by remote control.

The dining table is standard suitable for 4 people but can be made larger.

The kitchen is modern and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a 4-burner gas cooker with oven with an extractor hood above it that you have to pull out to do its job.

Coffee can be made with a filter machine or you can use the pad machine.

Also present are a toaster , oven dish , hand blender a regular mixer, juicer , pans and frying pans, cutting boards.

Of course there is plenty of cutlery , plates , cups and glasses for 4 people.

The whole house equipped with a nice gravel flood with floor heating.

So everything is present even if the weather is a bit less nice to enjoy this beautiful area close to the sea and the cosy centre of Ouddorp.
