Welcome to Hope Winds, a charming 2,500 sq. ft. ranch-style house on a serene 4-acre property. Located in the south-eastern parish of the island, this home enjoys a constant refreshing breeze from the Atlantic Ocean.

Conveniently situated, Hope Winds is just 5 km from the airport, 3 km from the Villages at Coverly to the northeast, and 3 km from Oistins.

The home has a spacious open-plan design featuring a moderately sized kitchen that flows into a breakfast nook and a separate dining area. It includes a 2-car garage and separate attendant’s quarters. 

Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, pergola, and a tranquil koi pond. The property offers three large bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. 

There are three bathrooms, two of which are en suite, all equipped with cast iron tubs for a spa-like experience. The master bedroom features a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead for a soothing and refreshing experience.
