My wife and I are full time travelers and we expect to have a some issues with our rentals at times. The property was listed inaccurately as the online listing stated there was air-conditioning, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker which it had none. The air-conditioning was the main issue as the apartment was on the 8th floor and was constantly hot from the units below. We felt we were misled by the property description as we would have not chosen this property otherwise. The owner did bring us a coffee maker and some extra fans as he stated that VRBO had posted the description incorrectly. He did remove those items off the description after it being brought to his attention by us. When we approached VRBO about moving, their help line continually hung up on us while on hold, and the only way we could talk to them was through the chat feature. They also hung up on the chat messages before we could get anything resolved. We felt as if one side was blaming the other for what was wrong, and we were left in the middle holding the bag.
