Welcome to our guesthouse, a place with an unbeatable location in San Juan. We’re just a 5-minute walk from various attractions and popular spots. We’re very close to beaches, restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets—practically everything you might need is nearby. <br><br>You can walk to the bars, cafes, and nightclubs that are within easy walking distance of the accommodation. Additionally, Old San Juan, the T-Mobile District, the Choliseo, El Condado, and several beaches are just a 5-minute drive away.<br><br>Our place is cozy and has a completely separate entrance, with security codes for both the street entrance and the unit itself. As you can see in the photos, the unit is equipped with all the amenities: a very comfortable bed, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. We also have a small terrace that’s perfect for sunbathing or for those who wish to smoke.<br><br>We hope you enjoy your stay at our property and everything San Juan has to offer.

Winter stay

The location was walking distance from Esquina Watusi, a 5 minute drive to La Placita and close to other bars and food places. It’s a cute studio apartment and is perfect if you’re not spending a lot of time there and just need a comfortable place to stay. Owner is easily accessible through the phone and there was a parking spot for us if renting a car. Good location near the airport.

Loved this little spot!

My cousin and I stayed here for 4 nights, love this spot! Super convenient to many places within walking distances. Great restaurants nearby, including bars and La Placita. The bed was the most comfortable bed, clean and huge. We had clean beach towels and regular towels, many towels available for our stay. They also had 2 folding chairs available. The owner made us aware that we could use the washer and dryer if needed. We only used the coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge to store very little since we ate out daily. Getting in and out of the room was super easy and I felt safe in this neighborhood. I walked the streets late at night and did not have to worry. I will return here if it is not a big group of us. The room will accommodate 2 comfortably. The shower is small but got the job done, they had shampoo, conditioner and body wash available also. Extra toilet tissue and trash bags available as well.

This was a great stay for what we needed. Check in was very easy with an access code since we arrived late at night and there was always a parking space saved for us. Even coming back late at night, we felt safe. It is located in the city and is on the same property as the host. We enjoyed feeling like locals vs staying in a hotel. There were plenty of towels provided for the shower and beach. There were also two beach chairs we were able to use during our stay. It was very clean and the AC worked amazing. Definitely recommend staying here and would book again in the future!
