The room is clean and cozy. Location quiet/convenient. Our only complaint is the mattress and bedding. The mattresses are so uncomfortable and small. The blanket is only big enough for 1 person.

Basic Accomdations with 2 bedrooms

We came to PR to fix some properties for sale, so we needed a place to crash for 9 days. Very basic accomodations with 2 bedrooms. Mine needs some TLC but overall comfortable with great ACs in both bedrooms and good beds. We slept great. SUPER host who was available when we had questions about internet and when my TV didn't work, actually went a bought a new one so I was able to program my Netflix. Utilitarian kitchen but everything works. Good shower with plenty hot water. No complaints about neighborhood and some restaurants within walking distance on Avenida Piniero. Highly recommended to have a car, though I saw some bus stops nearby on Piniero and the #8 and #17 seem to stop there. There was a washer and dryer on property which seemed to take 3 dollars for wash, as well as a vending machine. Living room has a fan. We would stay there again.

Truly a wonderful experience! The place was clean, had two bedrooms available both with AC, running pressurized hot water in the shower, and a fan in the living room. The owner was very friendly, communicative, and available for any needs! Would highly recommend!

This apartment was a total gem. Super cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The airiness of the space stood out — it stayed cool and breezy with minimal humidity, which made it incredibly comfortable day and night. The natural light, strong shower pressure, quality towels, and well-stocked kitchen all added to the experience.As remote workers, we were especially grateful for the fast, reliable internet and the backup generator, which came through for us during a surprise apagón — total lifesaver.The host was kind, thoughtful, and made us feel safe from the moment we arrived. And the location? Truly unbeatable. Having lived in Puerto Rico for years, I can confidently say you’ll be within 20 minutes of all the metro area’s best spots — beaches, food, art, nightlife, you name it. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet and secure.Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend for travelers, remote workers, or anyone looking to enjoy the island in comfort and peace.

Stayed for 10 days. Older, simple, budget property ... but clean. The owner is helpful and had everything we needed for our stay (parking, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, beach chairs, etc. Restaurants and Plaza Las America is a short drive. You definitely need a car if you stay here .. and you need one to explore the Island. We would stay here again.

Host very hospitable. Reminded us of family . Has a convenient vending machine . All stores very close such as walgreens and walmart. Very quiet and safe. Close to expressway that is very convenient. I did pick up a mattress pad as i have a bad back and needed a bit extra comfort also a comforter since there was only throw blankets . Left of course for the amazing host . Went and bought my own amenities such as shampoo and body wash although provided opted for my personal preference . If youre looking for a place to rest get ready and head out to explore the island highly recommend. Unit does get cool very quickly once air turned on which is a huge plus. If your looking to watch TV in English, good luck because there isnt really any channels. I Would stay again though very convenient! -mariah & jesus

Great place- very basic

Great stay, easy check in. The place could us a few more basic items in the kitchen and white sheets for cleanliness. All and all we had a great stay and the manager so very helpful, nice and friendly.l and quick to respond.

Great place to stay. Owner very friendly and always available to assist. Place has two nice room, one does not have a window, which is great to sleep. Place is not fancy but has all the amenities. Great price. Definitely recommend.
