The house is located in Troarn, 15 minutes from Caen and the sea, and has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a common terrace with another apartment allowing you to benefit from a real little outdoor corner in the center of this village.

Our beautiful apartment has been designed to combine comfort and elegance. You can relax and feel at home while watching Netflix or Disney. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful central island allowing you to prepare your best dishes, a living room, wifi and a walled garden. Our apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 10 years on a sofa bed ( 150cm x 140cm) . The master bedroom has been designed with a quality queen size bed to make you spend sweet nights.

We are located in the center of Troarn and you have many free parking spaces nearby as well as a charging station 100 meters. We are in the heart of a small Norman village with all amenities but above all you will be immersed in a region full of history where the first landing beaches are located at only 20 minutes. Better yet, come and enjoy a getaway to Cabourg to discover its casino and beach (15 minutes only).

Our establishment is an elegant building typical Normandy. This character building is located 15 minutes from the port of Caen, 15mn from Cabourg, 30m from Deauville or 20 minutes from the landing beaches.

You will also have the possibility to benefit from the city buses that take you directly to the center of Caen.

You will have the pleasure of enjoying a beautiful terrace in a Norman village. In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, you will be just a few minutes from the world-famous stud farms.

All apartments are equipped to welcome you in total comfort. Each of them are equipped with a beautiful bedroom, a living room/ lounge, a kitchen and a nice shower room.

All apartments are equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, high definition TV with Netflix and Disney, from fiber but also all the elements providing absolute comfort: shower gel, shampoo after shampoo or a coffee machine.
