15世紀の歴史的建造物の遺跡は、歴史と高審美的基準に関して2016年に改装されました。 Neoria Housesは、2つの豪華なスプリットレベルの家屋の複合体で、ミニマム建築様式で、すべてのモダンな設備が整っています。
Ariadniは、2つの広々としたベッドルーム（リビングルームに2人用のソファーベッド1台）、シャワーキャビン付きの3つのバスルーム、設備の整ったキッチン、ダイニングとシッティングエリア、2番目の大気テラスを備えた2階建ての家（80m2）です。床。
地上階にはフラットな衛星テレビとダイニングエリアがあり、設備の整ったキッチン（キッチン用品、インビトロセラミックプレート、オーブン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、ケトル、コーヒーメーカー、トースター、ミキサーなど）の近くにあります。
1階にはダブルベッド2台、フラット衛星テレビ、専用バスルームが備わります。 高級マットレスとシャワーのアメニティが用意されています（バスローブ、スリッパ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェル、ボディクリーム）。
2階のテラスは、旧市街と歴史的建造物を見渡し、屋外用家具を備えています。

Great location, great accommodation

Felt welcomed at check-in. Great location to the beach and port area as well as old Chania. The place was clean and there was quite a lot of room upstairs with 2 sitting areas outside the bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Very comfortable inside.

Great location!

Steps away for old town harbor. Spacious with 3 floors. Very clean. We had an ant problem on the first day and it was dealt with in a timely manner.

Superb House

We really enjoyed our stay in this property - it was excellent! It is situated very close to the harbour front with many restaurants very close by, or within easy walking distance. There were a few convenience shops around the corner most of which stayed open until quite late. A special mention for Eva, our host. She was very easy to work with, always responded very quickly to queries and recommended some great places to eat. Couldn't really fault anything and would definitely stay there again if the returned to Chania. 10/10 from us

Everything about this place was great except for the A/C that did not work well. Either it does not work or it was not very easy to use and instructions were needed.

Perfect location!!

This apartment was so comfortable & Christina, our host, absolutely amazing. One block from the waterfront, this place is perfectly situated for strolling along the harbour, enjoying all the restaurants, seeing the Old town sites, and doing some shopping. Parking can be a challenge if you are driving. There is a small lot beside the house that we were able to park in, but it's not a guarantee. Public parking is near but can be a challenge to find a spot. You don't need a car if all you are doing is staying around Chania. We loved the balcony......no view but charming and quiet. There are small stores where you can pick up juice, milk etc. around the corner. There is a small casual place to eat right beside the apartment.We grabbed a small snack once and it was tasty. The apartment was very comfortable. We appreciated being able to do laundry. Reminder, facecloths are typically not provided in many European accommodations so remember to pack one. Christina was incredibly responsive to our questions. She helped with recommending a boat tour, and also a doctor when my husband had a blocked ear. One important thing to note.....Chania harbour area has a very active night life on the weekend and goes alllll night. This apartment had almost no noise....... a minimal amount of base from music a few buildings away but nothing to keep you awake. And that was only on Friday and Saturday. Other places would be much noisier. I would come back here again without hesitation!

Nice apartment in old town

The apartment was clean and modern with most of what you need for an extended stay. It is in a great location for walking all around old town Chania. If you’re looking for piece and quiet in the evenings and at night this is not your place. The bars in old town come alive around 10 pm and stay bumpin till 4 or 5 am. The sleeper sofa in the living area takes up most of the space so not a lot of room to maneuver and there’s a bright light right outside the window that shines through the window shades and can make it hard to sleep. The bathrooms are very small and there is an interior window in one of the bedrooms that looks right in for the rest of the house to see it all so if you don’t want your house guest to see your bits you have to do everything in the tiny bathroom. I would stay here again but only because the location is perfect.
