Pozzo Roverso, modern apartment with garden in the Castello district.



Modern apartment on the first floor of a building with no elevator. The accommodation has a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and dining table. The sleeping area is divided into three rooms, two of which are furnished with a queen-size bed each and a final room with a bunk bed. Finally, two bathrooms with showers complete the layout of the accommodation.



*The building is not equipped with an elevator.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.



The accommodation is 1,6 km from the Venice Santa Lucia train station.

Property is in a great location with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and attractions nearby. The property itself is dated and there's not much amenities provided by the host. Overall it is a good stay.

Great Venice Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. Great location. Easy walking distance to St. Mark's. Lots of great restaurants and shops near by. We definitely recommend this apartment and will stay here again the next time we are in Venice.

Serene Resting Place

This property was fantastic. It was so quiet and pretty comfortable for our family of 4. It was a few minute walk to get food or to major attractions. The property manager provided lots of detailed information and directions that were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. la maison est mal entretenue. L'agence qui s'occupe du bien, vous harcèle de mails avant votre arrivée. On ne voit absolument personne sur place. Très impersonnel.Rien ne va dans cette location:il n'y a pas de portes aux chambres. La literie est sale. Tout est très mal conçu et vieux. pour éteindre la chambre (néons) il faut se rendre sur le palier. Pas de lampe de chevet. la table de nuit est une vielle chaise remplie de taches. Et j'en passe. Excellent location

Great location in quiet neighborhood square close to St. Marks Sq. And Rialto. 3 floor house plenty of room with updated bathrooms and kitchen but home could use some freshening up with new paint. Nice stay for my father-son trip having separate spaces. You’re in Venice with great restaurants so not likely you will need to use kitchen But there are no spices and glass wear and pots pans coffee maker etc all quite dated but we did enjoy our stay overall.

Good location, overall satisfied

Location is super convenient, in the middle of Venice, close to everywhere. Appliances took us a while to figure out how to use since there was no English and quite different from how we usually use. Good communication. Overall satisfied.

Amazing location

Fabulous location. Very quiet. Felt very safe. But very average appointments at best. Beds were a mattress, no mattress pad, no box springs.

Perfect Location!

We loved the location of this apartment! We were so close to all the main tourists spots but far enough away to enjoy rest and relaxation. There is a great little restaurant across from the apartment. The check in was easy and the hosts replied quickly with any questions we had.

Nice for a short stay

We were a group of 8 adults. Place is ok for a short stay. Close to water taxis and St Mark's square. The bunk bed room is tight quarters for 2 adults and the fold out couch is not great for sleeping for an extended stay. You need to bring your own hand soap, and dish soap. Limited supply of dishwasher soap. Small hand towels a good idea too! Patio is not as nice as in pictures especially with cleaning equipment left out there. You are required to take your garbage away when you leave. We had a great time in Venice, and didn't really spend a lot of time inside, except for sleeping.

Very nice but had a few issues that would stop me from renting againl

Overall we loved it. Loved the location and the restaurant across the courtyard was easy and convenient. Location was perfect. Negatives: washing machine should come with printed out instructions. We came there after being on a cruise ship for 12 days. It was VERY frustrating and the management company really was of no help when I contacted them. The upstairs bedroom had no door or curtain for privacy. That was enough that I wouldn't rent there again. Why is there no privacy, easy issue to fix? Also, no top sheet or lightweight blanket. I get night sweats sometimes. So, when I woke up drenched, I didn't have ANYTHING else to cover up with. In addition, the bed was VERY hard and it could use a topper on it.

Lovely, Private apartment in great location!

Tucked away in a little courtyard, this apt had plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms for our family of 5. A short walk from st. Mark’s square and close to good restaurants, it even has a washing machine! Communication was easy and helpful. We would stay here again!

Great Apartment

We liked the apartment and where we were located! Had a great time. The only suggestions I would make is to bring extra towel and toilet paper. Limited supply for a large family! Overall happy with our choice. Great communication with property manager.

Good location

Everything was good. Only real issue is very strong smell upstairs of canal and sewer. The location is great, and directions were super easy!
