Al Campanile View & Terrace, a typical Venetian residence with a furnished terrace overlooking the Castello District.



This cozy residence with wooden interiors spans two floors within a typical Venetian house. Al Campanile View & Terrace features a terrace, furnished with a table, from which you can admire the canal and the city. The living areas on the first and second floors include two living rooms with sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a bright dining room. The kitchen, fully equipped for cooking, includes a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Al Campanile View & Terrace offers three bedrooms furnished with three queen-size beds. One of the bedrooms also has a single bed. An ensuite bathroom, a second bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer complete the layout.



The apartment is spread over two levels: the upper floor is lofted and features low ceilings. There are several flights of stairs in the accommodation.



*The building is not equipped with an elevator.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists worldwide every day.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.



The accommodation is approximately 3 km from the Venice Santa Lucia train station.

This was hands down one of our favorite places we stayed. The location in Venice was absolutely perfect for walking the island. The host was very informative and the check-in / out process was simple. We would definitely recommend this to others.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. The 2nd level though had very low ceilings and in the bathroom up there as well making it hard to use for an adult. We wished that had been made more clear in the listing, that area is really best for a child. The location was great though and we enjoyed the rest of the apartment.

Huge, amazing and great location!

We really enjoyed staying here. The space is incredible and there are some very good restaurants close by. Importantly it is not super close to the crazy crowded with tourists part of Venice, so things are quieter and the restaurants have really good food. It's easy and fast to walk to Plaza San Marco, etc. Would stay here again!

Beautiful and quiet

Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, near a cafe with the best carbonara we’ve had. Awesome little breakfast cafe next to it. Home was very nice and updated for what it is. Way better than staying at a hotel when you’re with a big family. Would stay there again.

Great apartment in a good location

Really enjoyed our stay. Good apartment in a quieter part of Venice. Had everything we needed, nice rooftop balcony. Bedroom in the loft a bit tight for headroom but it’s not unusual in Venice for that to be the case. I would stay here again for sure

Wonderful way to feel part of the local community

Well located in a quieter part of Venice with easy access to the Doge Palace and Piazza San Marco. Beautiful well renovated unit with very responsive management services.

A dream! Lost in Venice

What an amazing apartment in a quiet and private neighborhood in Venice. You will truly love the apartment as well as the location. The rooftop terrace added a nice touch. Nothing topped the window in the kitchen overlooking a sidewalk and canal. Amazing experience!

Easter Weekend in Venice

Beautiful location in a gorgeous city. Beautiful main floor apartment with stunning marble stairs. 2nd floor was useful for teens given the low ceiling. Rooftop terrace was gorgeous but a little rickety. The apartment manager was very helpful and responded immediately to the one issue we had. Gave 4 stars just because the lower level space (kitchen and bathroom) was hard to use.

Nice Flat Within Walking Distance to Tourist Spots

Very clean flat, that was in a more quiet area. There were quite a few nice and more local restaurants within a 2 min walk. Including a great place to grab coffee and the best pistachio croissant I had in Italy (located on Calle Corrazzieri). The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the listing was off. The pull out couch is on the top floor, vs the listing which said it was on the main floor. The 2nd bathroom was also on the top floor and if you are over 5ft, you have to bend over to use the bathtub. One positive was the dryer was separate and worked. Unlike the other places we stayed that said they had a dryer but they actually didn’t work. Plus, the kitchen was fully stocked, even with Illy coffee and a Moka pot.

Amazing Location

. We stayed here at the end of our Italy adventure and having to go up 2 flights of stairs was rough. But, the house is incredible with a beautiful roof top terrace overlooking the city. It is hard to escape stairs in Italy and we had our 85 year old mother with us so... It is in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to St MArk's square. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. Spacious main bathroom and spacious updated kitchen. GREAT!!!

Great location, clean, very large/plenty of space, lots of steps up however to enter the apt. from the street. Good AC and large/spacious kitchen. Big rooms and pretty comfortable beds. Clean shower and large bathroom. Only 1 working shower and upstairs bathtub has no actual working taps. Light was not working in this upper bathroom when we arrived. Nor was soap and shampoo provided on day of arrival. We had to request it and Host did not respond until the next day so we had to go out and buy these very basic essentially that should be provided when spending 700 per night. Towels were provided and bedsheets etc. Also, kitchen did not have basic items like coffee/tea/sugar/salt/pepper/condiments which was disappointing. Cafe and bakery very close however once you get your bearings (Google/Apple maps makes it very easy) but having to go "shopping" for basics is irritating/aggravating. Host was VERY UNRESPONSIVE and LATE...I kept getting a generic "thank-you for your message" response from the AI response Bot with every inquiry. My Host in Cortina on the other had was SUPER RESPONSIVE and HELPFUL. This person was completely useless. Also, Host did not tell me that we could have stored our luggage in the lower level of the apartment in advance of actual check-in (LOTS of room by the entrance stairs) and we ended up spending 50 to store 3 suitcases in what turned out to be a very dodgey corner store!! Luggage was "stored" in the store aisles we we returned!!

Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Sie war sehr großzügig, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sehr gut gelegen. Uns haben die baulichen Gegebenheiten (die niedrige Deckenhöhe im Obergeschoss) nicht gestört. Sogar einen Kaffee auf dem Altan konnten wir genießen. In einem nah gelegenen Supermarkt haben wir alles bekommen, was wir benötiget haben. Es war eine gute Idee, eigene Küchenhandtücher mitzubringen. Vor dem Checkin ist ein Online-Checkin aller Reisenden mit Hochladen der Ausweispapiere und die Zahlung der Kurtaxe erforderlich. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Biennale Besuch. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr schön, aber für den Preis haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Das Geschirr war teilweise sehr dreckig, es gab 2 spülmaschinentabs und 3 Mülltüten für 5 Tage, kein Geschirrhandtuch, 4 Handtuch-Sets für 5 Tage und 5 Menschen. Wegen der Mücken, ist es nicht ratsam mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Ein Mückennetz wäre gut, aber es gibt auch eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Ansonsten sind uns noch folgende Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen: Der Backofen hat nicht funktioniert, ein Herdfeld hat aufgrund von einem fehlenden Teil nicht funktioniert, es gab kein funktionierendes Feuerzeug zum Herdanzünden und kein Waschpulver zum Wäsche waschen. Wir hatten zu 5. Einen Schlüssel und die Schlüsselbox war auch kaputt. Alles in allem nicht dramatisch, aber auch kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
