Situated only minutes' from the coastline, Villa Laire is a modern property offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. This semi-detached villa features an inviting, private pool surrounded by sunbeds where you can enjoy a refreshing cool drink and soak up the sun. Head to the Marina di Ragusa Beach which is less than a 30 minute walk away, or a 5 minutes’ drive. You can also explore the historical UNESCO town of Ragusa Ibla less than 30 minutes' minutes from the villa. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Laire sits only 5 minutes’ drive away from the delightful beach of Marina di Ragusa and another 2 minutes’ drive from the town centre. The UNESCO World Heritage Site and historic town of Ragusa Ibla, known for its Baroque architecture and labyrinthine lanes, is only 30 minutes’ drive away. Here you would also find the Teatro Donnafugata, the famous jewel-boxed theatre and the stupendous, mid-18th century Cathedral, which is the town’s pride and joy. The villa is an idyllic base for those looking to make the most of the Sicilian coast, explore the area’s nightlife or take a dive into history.
